Well everyone,
I’m about to enter into the most valuable partnership you could possibly imagine…
This is a “deal” I’ve been working on for the last 3 years, and both sides of it have been increasingly anxious for things to get rolling.
The payoffs are uncertain.
The risk is high.
But the rewards are immeasurable and beyond valuable…
And I even if I lost everything after going through with this, it would’ve still been worth it.
(If you haven’t guessed it already - I’m getting married
)
Her name is Sarah, and we’re becoming a married couple on the 30th of this month - and man, I have never been more excited (albeit UNprepared) in my entire life!
This is the girl of my dreams, and regardless of the pure chaos surrounding both of us at the moment, there is an overriding and internal peace that is acting as an anchor - steadying a ship that’s being thrown about and jostled by the waves of uncertainty and the winds of temporary hardship.
Because the true beauty of marriage is the gift of sharing in life - storm or no storm. It is the ability to shine through life’s “valleys” as well as its “peaks” with a steadfast consistency, regardless of the situation.
(That’s something I have to work on - I tend to be very “conditional”. When things are good, I feel great. When things are bad - or worse, slow - I default to having a bad attitude, even though I fully realize that it’s just another dip in the rhythmic roller coaster that life is. Especially when you’re just starting out…)
And so here we go - diving in head first into a river that has a clear destination - but is filled with twists and turns.
Along the way, we’ll encounter a mix of gentle currents, raging rapids, low-hanging fruit, sheer cliffs that need to be scaled, beautiful scenery, dangerous currents, abundant greenery, numerous obstacles, and pleasant (yet unexpected) surprises…
Most of all, as the journey progresses, we’ll both of us be able look back at where we started, which will reveal the oft-unseen strength and depth of our own characters, and the deepening of our love for eachother, that is incrementally produced in the midst of enduring the pain, pleasure and purpose of journeying down the river of life.
A river where we have total control over our actions and our responses to what we’re facing in each moment - but absolutely NO control over where it flows or what’s around each new bend…
But we’re both in it together, and the journey won’t be travelled alone.
And nothing on this earth is as valuable as that…
—————————————————————————————-
After our wedding, we’ll be heading to Costa Rica for the next 6 months to simply enjoy the first “footings” of our marriage in a relaxed and laid-back environment. Everything about Sarah and I is unconventional (entirely), and we wouldn’t have it any other way
So, I’ll probably be under the radar for the next 3 weeks or so (we’ll be staying at a resort in Guanacaste for the first week and a bit), and then I’ll be setting up office somewhere in view of a nice beach with longboard waves…
Like this one:
And that also means that if you’re emailing me or something, then I’ll probably have a 120-hour response rate for the next while…
So - sorry in advance, but I have the rest of my life to set up deals and make the green stuff. For the next few weeks, I want to focus entirely on the “end”, and not the “means”…
This is something (getting married, honeymoon) that I only plan on doing ONCE, so I’m not going to let the trivial things of life interfere during our special time of learning to walk “in step” with eachother.
However, I WILL be actively marketing my ebook and working directly with my primary client, probably for about an hour or two a day - but only after our time at the resort…
So if you want to help me get the word out about the Instant JV System, then feel free to drop an email after October 10th.
Once we get settled in Costa Rica (probably in early November), then I’ll gradually resume my usual schedule (about 5-6 hours a day of JV stuff).
So this might be my last blog post for a while
Remember to focus on WHY we do this. WHY we strive to create and manage a successful business, and WHY we’re passionate about creating a life of freedom and abundance. Think about what you really want from life - and open your eyes to what it really means to be wealthy.
It’s not about having stuff. It’s about being rich, regardless of however we might think success is measured…
Until next time, may God Bless you and yours as you travel down the seemingly uncertain - yet entirely purposeful and majestic - “river” that we call life.
And remember that regardless of whatever you may be facing today - be it the still waters or the raging whitewater and jagged cliffs - the River’s final destination remains the same.
The One who designed its path will keep you strong until the end. Even if you just barely make it.
Hang on for the ride, and never look back.
It’s more than worth it…

This is everyone’s primary question when they’re starting out with JV’s…
“Where Do I Start?”
“And What’s the PROCESS?”
Here it is:
———————————————————————
The first thing you need to do is nail down a solid offer. Why should someone partner with you?
Often, this involves hiring a copywriter and running a small ad campaign so that you can establish an effective conversion rate. Because 9/10 times, what your partners will want is to maintain their credibility while making guaranteed cash from a proven seller.
Once you have some numbers to work with, then you want to position your offer so that it’s unbeatable. This might mean that you’ll have to give up most of your profits, and it also might mean that you’ll have to add some more value to your product so that you can price it HIGHER.
(JV partners and Super-Affiliates will always head towards where the money is…)
Once it’s selling consistently on a small scale, and once you’ve put together a KILLER offer, then you need to build all of the mailings and other marketing materials in ADVANCE.
The more stuff you can provide for your partners - the BETTER.
(Just take a look at how this guy words his “JV” page )
That’s the mindset in the Internet Marketing world, and people get slammed with JV proposals all day long. Make it as easy as possible for them to be LAZY.
Now, once you’ve got everything ready to go, what you’re going to do is approach at least 100 prospects that have a lot of marketing reach with a SHORT proposal that piques their interest. Be personal, be direct, and keep it very brief for your first contact.
(I use the Internet Success Spider to do this very quickly. You can check out my tutorial video of how it works on YouTube)
You’ll get many “No’s”, a few “Send me more info” responses, and the odd “Yes”.
Follow up persistnely, and secure as many JV’s as possible. Secure a mailing date to kick things off with, and have viral ebooks, autoresponder plugs, articles and banners that they can put up as well to PERPETUATE their earnings (and yours).
It only takes a FEW decent-sized JV’s to really start things up, and one joint-venture will typically lead to a BUNCH of others - especially in the marketing niche.
So in summary, this is how you pull off a successful JV campaign:
—————————————————————-
- Build the ultimate offer (proven seller, stats, unbeatable compensation, other incentives)
- Prepare everything in advance (mailings, viral resources, articles, autoresponders, etc.)
- Approach tons of partners that have substantial reach with a simple, short mini-proposal, asking if they’d like a copy of your course to review
- Follow up like crazy. Be persistent
- 5. Nail down mailing dates and establish long-term traffic streams
- Flex the backend. Have upsells and additional offers ready to go, and over deliver in every way possible. Impress the hell out of your list.
- Repeat steps 3-6
——————————————————–
That’s what has worked for me.
It varies industry to industry, but those are the fundamentals.
Sincerely,
-Chris Rempel

Today’s post is a bit of a shorter one, but the message is powerful…
I recently had someone ask if they could have a copy of my course for free, on the condition that if it lived up to its claims, he would then pay me 4 times the retail price.
But if it didn’t live up, then he would simply not pay for it. He called it a “gentlemen’s agreement”.
At first, I thought it was more or a less a creative attempt to try and get my product for free. Now - I don’t mind giving out evaluatory copies to potential JV partners, but I prefer that people who intend to use my course as a part of their marketing strategy DO pay for it so that value is attached to the information, so that they’ll actually appreciate and USE the tactics listed.
(It’s a proven fact that paying for something places an added value on it, which will cause the document to be read much more carefully and followed more closely. “Free” stuff is all too easily forgotten about entirely…)
So anyway, I explained to him that I would only consider doing this on a few conditions, which basically stated that he had to have a business plan in place and already moving towards his goals.
At any rate, I forgot about the email and went on with my day.
Sure enough, the next morning, I received a reply in my inbox with another request for the course.
*DELETE*
Like most others would, I deleted the email before I even read it, and went on with my day.
However, this young man would not be told “No”, and he wouldn’t accept being ignored. He emailed twice more.
And I finally gave in, for two reasons:
1. I really did not feel like dealing with this anymore
2. If this kid was motivated enough to bug me (and he wasn’t annoying, only persistent), then he definitely had the “action” part nailed down already.
So the course is now his, for no cost up-front.
He succeeded in his mission because of his PERSISTENCE. You have to understand that being persistent is very different than being annoying or over-bearing.
Don’t be afraid to follow-up with your prospects again.
And again.
And after you’re done that, do it AGAIN.
You have NOTHING to lose - and who knows, maybe, just like a lead on the other end of an autoresponder, they simply need to reach a certain “threshold” before they take action.
It IS a numbers game, and persistence will increase your deal-closing rate tremendously.
Because the fact of the matter is that this guy’s emails weren’t really that annoying. He was polite, yet firm. And his persistence paid off, because it made me take him seriously.
Apply this to the way YOU approach JV prospects, and watch your “No’s” turn into “Yes - Okay, Let’s do this so that you stop emailing me”
Just a thought.
Cheers,
-Chris Rempel

I ran across a very interesting quote the other day by Allen Says of the Warrior Forum:
Most Warriors already know everything they need to know to make great money on the internet, right now. Whether they do it or not is entirely up to them. It is most definitely in the slicksters benefit to keep you hanging on seeking the next big “secret” while the whole time they are doing what really makes money and has always made money:
1. Building Huge Lists
2. Creating Viral Systems
3. Doing JV’s
4. Running Affiliate Programs
5. Creating Information Books, Packages & Monthly Subscriptions
Look at what they are “doing” instead of what they are “saying” you should do…
No kidding.
Marketing (and making money) are two of the most emotional topics for any entrepreneur because they directly effect one’s livelihood and well-being. And man, do marketers ever THWART that emotion like crazy…
It’s so easy to get caught up in the BIG numbers you see on salesletters, or the incredible levels of income you’ll see advertised in screenshots and screen-capture videos. But what they DON’T show you is that those numbers are the result of months and sometimes even years of trial, error, and persistence.
Yes, success is easier to come by once you have a solid foundation of experience, leverage, a good reputation and money - but I’m willing to bet that they didn’t get there by buying someone else’s program, or “investing” in the latest hot product…
They became successful by doing research, creating a plan and then ACTING on it persistently until they started seeing results.
And when the results came in, they simply optimized things and ran with that initial momentum in order to MAXIMIZE what they were already doing. That gave them some ground to stand on, and they would’ve built their “empire” brick by brick.
So don’t be deceived into thinking that success - even success with JV’s - comes instantly. It can later on, but there is a learning curve attached to every level of business, Joint Ventures included.
Now, that’s a strange thing for me to say, isn’t it?
I mean, I’m the one who’s toting “Chris Rempel’s Instant Joint Venture Success System“ as my latest product.
Am I a hypocrite?
Well, I try not to be as much as humanly possible. The reason why I can label my course like that with confidence is because it literally is my blueprint for creating Joint Ventures, over and over again.
And it works great for me, and others who are at the STAGE in their business where JV’s are either currently, or will shortly be, a part of their marketing strategy.
(Think about that last sentence…)
For example, if you’re planning on starting up 6,000 adsense sites and making $0.47 a day with each of them and doing that whole thing - then investing in a product like mine would be INSANITY. It won’t help you whatsoever.
You have to understand that buying a marketing course - mine or otherwise - will ONLY benefit you if it’s going to directly benefit what you’re focusing on already. Whether that’s launching a product, finding partners for a co-project or making plans to become a JV broker - if it doesn’t fit directly into the direction you’re already headed - then it’s just going to be another expense.
(And a needless one, at that…)
However…
There is a severe danger in NOT being willing to accept (and eventually leverage) the advice and experience of other people that have already walked the path.
You see, when I first started out as an entrepreneur, I never used to buy info-products or marketing courses. Ever. I thought they were all scams, and even if they weren’t - I assumed that I was smarter than them already and that I’d figure it out on my own.
That attitude cost me over a year of wasted time - while living in total poverty. Time that could’ve been spent building a list. Time that could’ve been spent developing a product. Time that could’ve been spent building a business…
…instead of just wandering aimlessly and wasting both my own time and others’.
I honestly believe that if I had simply “sucked it up” and bought a simple $27 ebook or something about “How to Start and Grow an Internet Business” that covered the basics of list building, viral marketing and leverage - I would’ve been running a profitable business years ago - instead of struggling to make it “on my own”.
I’ve also LOST untold thousands because I was too stubborn to seek advice.
I had a site years ago that used to receive about 20,000 unique visitors a DAY - and the only thing I could think to do with it was to throw network CPM ads up on the page and make mere peanuts on the 100,000+ impressions I was receiving daily.
(If I’d have only built a list, developed products and leveraged my users… )
But I didn’t know any better because I didn’t have a successful model to follow that was in line with what I was already doing - which was starting an internet business…
So where are you at today?
If you’re already moving forward with a project and you’re serious about succeeding with it, then what specific barriers are you facing that you need to either deal with or overcome as quickly as possible?
I would encourage you to find others that have already “been there, done that” in regards to your specific objectives, and leverage their experience so as to ACCELERATE your success.
(Marketing products and business tutorials provide the absolute HIGHEST return on investment of any business product available - but only to those that actually act on what they receive and implement them directly into their existing strategy. )
BUT, if you’re still in the “discovery” stage - or if you’re just not sure what to do or where to start - then please keep your credit card in your wallet!
There is more than enough information available (freely available) on discussion forums, in articles and also just by simply asking people that are doing what you eventually want to do as well.
Once you’ve got a plan in place, THEN it’s time to start investing in the tools and knowledge that will accellerate your success and guide you on your way.
In closing, the reality of the matter is that while success does NOT come “instantly” when you’re just starting out - it can be accellerated IF you know what you want to accomplish, but you’re simply missing the “how”…
So instead of having marketers take advantage of your emotions and lack of experience, it’s time to be very selective and take advantage of THEM by investing ONLY in products that are LASER-TARGETED to what you’re already doing, or wanting to accomplish.
Beat them at their own “game”, and accelerate your success by being WILLING to seek out advice and help from those that have already been there.
Sincerely,
-Chris Rempel

The path of an entrepreneur is riddled with hardship, obstacles, discouragement, unexpected detours, pitfalls, steep ledges and uncertainty…
And I wish I could tell you that at the end of every entrepreneur’s path is an immense reward for all of their bravery and perspiration - but I’d be lying if I did. The sad truth is that five out of six start-ups will flop, and online, that number is even worse…
So why am I saying all this?
Well, believe it or not, I’m saying this because I want you to experience wild success in your business. I want to see your business generate an obscene amount of profits for you - and as a result, I want for you to live a lifestyle that surpasses what you can even imagine at this point…
But you’re only going to get there if you’re on the RIGHT path.
You see, most entrepreneurs are destined to fail right from day one because they don’t know where they’re going in the first place.
They have no clear goal in mind - other than “making money” - and as a result, all of their efforts will be scattered, and while they might be able to generate a small amount of inconsistent revnenue - it will be impossible for them to build any real amount of momentum in their business.
And without that (momentum), their business will simply remain in a state of struggle - or it will simply dissolve.
So let me share with you a simple formula that will ensure that you are on the right path from day one…
If you apply this basic, yet incredibly powerful “system”, it will be practically impossible for you to fail with your business - and this formula applies to any market, and any type of business…
Here it is:
- Research
- Think
- Plan
- Act
- Test
- Improve
- Automate
- Repeat
Now, let’s quickly examine each “step” of the formula…
Research is crucial. It’s honestly easier to sell what people ALREADY buy, but with your own “twist”.
In other words, develop a unique advantage by being different - but without the risk of “innovating”, which can often be a total flop.
Thinking (aka. Brainstorming) is very powerful. I basically go and shop all of my future competitors to see exactly what they’re doing. That’s a good indication of what will work for me as well.
Strategic Planning is absolutely crucial. You need to have all of your efforts pointing to an overall goal. You need to see the “end” before you even begin. Otherwise, you’re doomed.
(My two first attempts at entrepreneurialism were total failures because I didn’t have a PLAN in place before I started. I didn’t really know what I wanted to accomplish.)
Action is everything. If you’re not a “go getter”, then maybe entrepreneurship isn’t for you. You need to be able to think fast, manage other people and persevere through the trials that you will undoubtedly face. Entrepreneurship is NO cakewalk. But if you’re on the right path - it’s worth it, big time…
Testing is going to be the lifeblood of your marketing success. Test and track your marketing materials. Test your ads. Test different customer interaction procedures. As much as possible, test every appropriate aspect that has a direct influence on your sales, and the lifetime value of each customer.
And then, based on your results, IMPROVE your business. Optimize. Did you know that changing just the headline on an advertisement can affect its performance by up to 1900% or more? That’s just one example. That principle holds true with every other customer touchpoint in your business. It is very possible to MULTIPLY your revenues with this approach without spending an extra dime on marketing…
Automation is what seperates a business from a J-O-B. If you’re not planning to get yourself OUT of the “picture” by working ON your business as opposed to working IN it - then you are setting yourself for failure (or getting burnt out - whichever comes first).
And finally - “repeat”. If you’re in online business like me, this means that you take everything that worked previously and apply it to your next venture or niche project. And if you’re running a single operation (like most businesses), this means that you apply this same formula to expand and grow your business at every level.
This has been my “formula” for success as an entrepreneur.
There is no secret to doing well in business. It comes down to finding out what’s already working, putting your own spin on it, optimizing your results and then setting things up to grow perpetually - without your direct involvement. This is the “path” that will lead you to success.
Which path will you take?
Sincerely,
-Chris Rempel
