Privacy Policies

In regards to privacy, JV-WEB does not in any way collect, harvest or "phish" information or personal data from its visitors whatsoever.

While we do track "visits" and "page views", these are not concurrent with any individual information, and are only for our own marketing and server-load information purposes.

Newsletters, free reports and other items that can be received by members that wish to sign up for them are provided purely by an "opt-in" system, which is entirely permission based and goes above and beyond the "non-spam" (or CAN-SPAM) requirements internationally.

We have no intention of "spamming" our users, and we also have no desire to destroy our reputation by doing anything questionable in that regard.

(Practically speaking, it makes no sense to "spam" or otherwise abuse our visitors, as we will earn much MORE revenue from this business if we treat our customers, visitors and members with a high level of respect and integrity.)

Any and all mini-courses, ezines and autoresponder messages can be easily "opted out of", and are managed by Aweber Communications, which has a highly regulated system of monitoring all broadcasts. They are a third-paty company and would quickly de-activate our account with them if we decided to abuse our list members in any way, or add email addresses or other contact information to our database without the opted consent of its owner.
