Author:
Gabriel Howes
Price:
$97.00 USD
Summary:
UJV (Ultimate Joint Ventures) is a very comprehensive book
that covers practically every conceivable strategy, concept,
method and legality surrounding joint ventures - online and
offline. Gabriel has left no stone unturned, and his easy-to-follow
writing style truly turns UJV into a step-by-step manual,
as opposed to a compilation of theoretical ideas that "might
work".
UJV rises
far above the rest, and the $97.00 price tag doesn't fairly
represent that it's truly worth more than most $1000.00+
courses on joint ventures.

Review: Ultimate Joint Ventures, by Gabriel
Howes
When
Gabriel asked me to take a look at his book, I was honestly
expecting a typical marketing e-book with the usual info - with
just a few "nuggets" here and there.
As
you can see by it's rating, my assumption was way
off...
In
fact, this is the only e-book that I've ever cared to print
out and use as a guide for my own joint venture deals for my
own business - and for my clients.
Ultimate
Joint Ventures In a Nutshell
UJV
is a manual that clearly explains practically every conceivable
area of the joint venture process from start to finish.
Every
question that you've ever had about JV's has not only been "answered"
- it's been explained and unraveled in precise detail. More
importantly, it continually focuses on the "how",
much more so than the "why".
This
book has very little "theory", and it reminds me of
a users guide for a very detailed product (in this case, "joint
ventures"). This is an incredibly powerful feature, because
you can literally follow the instructions, step-by-step,
and your success rate with JVs will skyrocket.
And
yes, I'm speaking from my experience in actually using
it.
Unlike
many other courses out there on JV marketing, it doesn't get
you "excited" and then leave you hanging, scratching
your head wondering, "Great, now if only I knew what to
do in my situation".
Key
Features (Gold Nuggets)
I'm
only going to scratch the surface, but these are the main points
that have truly helped me with some recent JVs that I
put together for a client:
It
clearly explains how to set up
deals as a "broker" - even if you don't have a product,
a customer base or anything else, really... This
is one of the "mysteries" of JV marketing that stumped
me when I first started out, as it does countless others (judging
by the popularity of the question on related forums).
It
reveals why most joint ventures fail miserably. This
may seem like an obvious answer, but it's actually quite multi-facted.
I've had several deals "flop", and this section of
the book really brought that to light in a way that I hadn't
considered until reading - very helpful!
It
completely "breaks down" the proposal process - including
how to write a proposal that actually works in the REAL world,
how to deal with phone calls, in-person meetings and everything
else in between. No
BS here - and Gabriel tells it like it is. There are some very
important strategies that he reveals regarding phone and personal
contact that are downright ingenious. These strategies
alone landed me some conference calls with two absolutely massive
firms to discuss my client's product. Both firms had over 10,000
employees.
How
to Negotiate Effectively. This
is why most deals "die" - because most people have
no idea how to negotiate effectively. This section of the book
reveals how to deal with any partner so that the JV is
favorable to everyone - including you. Don't be one of the many
that shoot themselves in the foot because they can't negotiate
properly...
How
to Write an Agreement that would actually hold water in court.
Most
"JV Agreements" wouldn't protect anyone in the event
of a legal challenge. Gabriel clearly shows what absolutely
must be covered in your agreement
(I've never seen this aspect of JV's covered in as much
detail as UJV).
How
to Avoid getting Ripped Off. If
you're reading this point, it's either because you know all
to well what this is about - or you're petrified of doing
JV's because of this element. Fear not - UJV explains
exactly how to first of all choose the right partner - and how
to actually get yourself out of a bad situation if you end up
on the short end of the "stick", so to speak.
The
Deadly Mistakes Beginners Make. When
I read this section of the book, I was reminded of how many
times my wall was sore from my head baning against it. Invaluable
and and to-the-point. I'd highly recommend UJV to newbies for
this section alone...
The
Verdict:
I
can't recommend this book enough.
Is
it worth $97.00?
Yes,
it is. Not to mention the other $10 you'll spend printing it
off when you first read it as well.
But
in all seriousness, Ultimate Joint Ventures is above and beyond
the multitude of what's out there - even the $1000 courses and
so on. The $97.00 you're going to spend will prove to be one
of the best investments you'll ever make as a motivated entrepreneur
that is prepared to take action.
Again,
UJV is only for the "doers".
There's
hardly any fluff, so this book is definitely not for
people that enjoy overloading on information only to endlessly
delay taking action.
