Part 2: "How to Dominate Your Niche Lightning FAST... " (continued from page 1) Here's how it works... In most niches, website publishers are either out to make money by selling adspace or promoting their own product. There are some exceptions, but what you'll find in general is that 95% of the webmaster community doesn't know a THING about even the most basic of internet marketing tactics - such as list-building, one way links, original content, cross-selling, partnership and most of all, leverage. And most don't care, either. They're happy making $3 a day with Adsense and the odd $25/month banner. Now - what this means is that you can actually use that mindset to your advantage, and here's how... Everyone understands advertising - it's an easy thing to understand. Most people have tried using Google Adwords and maybe the odd banner here and there to drive traffic to their site, and that's what they think of in terms of marketing. So that's exactly what you're going to offer them - adspace. And in exchange for you advertising them for a couple of months (depends on how much traffic they send you), you'll have them promote you on their site - which already gets traffic. If they have a newsletter, then insist that they start a profile on your site and inform their newsletter members about that. (Note: Just use a $19 banner rotator from iDevDirect.com in conjunction with PhpFox, and you can literally do this with over 30 different traffic partners at a time...) So what you're doing here is trading short-term promotion in exchange for instant and continual traffic. It doesn't cost you a dime, and this is what you'll gain: 1. An Instant Wave of Traffic, Signups and Buzz 2. Lifelong exposure all over the web - once people put you up on their site as a "news release" or even just as a link - they'll rarely ever take it down, and chances are your link will remain archived indefinitely. This translates into lifelong traffic from both each site AND the search engines that account for all of the one-way links pointing to your site... 3. Future Joint-Venture Partners - Many of the people who "help" you launch in exchange for advertising will begin to see you as an ally. This gives you tremendous leverage as time goes on, and they'll become a resource that you can draw from over and over again... I've used this one strategy to dominate a niche in under 3 months - and that was just for a directory - not a supercharged social network like PhpFox... (If I had used a social network script, the site would still be growing on its own, not just relying on inbound links or search listings...) All you have to do is send each website publisher (either "info" sites or product sites) an email that looks something like this...
My response rate using an email just like the one above is usually about 15% - 25%. Contact all the sites that you know get traffic in your niche using a message just like the one above - and watch your PhpFox "myspace" portal turn into a massive traffic hub overnight... ...while you covertly DOMINATE your niche by partnering with your compeititors. :-) This works like crazy - and there's absolutely nothing stopping you from doing this right now - today - and conquering your niche like Alexander the Great... Sincerely, Chris
Rempel P.S. Next lesson I'm going to show you how to make some REAL money with your social network - not just pocket change by selling adspace. And no, you don't need to have your own product... in fact, one of the more lucrative strategies doesn't involve selling anything, and you could easily make a fortune with it... Stay tuned...
